PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED TO SHIPPING. ONCE ORDER IS PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND TRACKING INFORMATION.

PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT SHIP OUT ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS AND SHIPPING TIME MAY VARY DUE TO UNFORSEEN FACTORS SUCH AS WEATHER, CUSTOMS, ETC.

RETURNS

IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT PURCHASED AT REGULAR PRICE FOR A FULL REFUND.

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED IT.
ALL RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE WILL BE IN THE FORM OF A ONLINE STORE CREDIT.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT.
YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
YOUR ITEM NEEDS TO HAVE THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE COST OF RETURN SHIPMENTS AND COORDINATING THE RETURN WITH THEIR LOCAL POST. 

Please follow this step-by-step guide to request a return authorization number:

Step 1 - Request a return authorization number by sending us an email here including your order number and the item you want to return.

Step 2 - An RA number and return instructions will be sent to you via email within 2 business days.

Step 3 - Follow the instructions and coordinate the return with your local postal service.
Please ship returning international packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier and be sure to use standard shipping. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.

Step 4 - Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment for all items purchased at regular price and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
